Northern California Patient Services
The Patient ID Center (PIDC) and the Hemp Store are located in downtown
Oakland near the cross-streets of 17th and Broadway at 1733
Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612.
The PIDC extends its patient
verification hours. We are open from 10:00am to
5:30pm Monday through Friday. On Saturday our intake offices are not able
to contact Doctors offices for verification, so you must be pre-approved to
get issued a Membership card Saturday. The hours on Saturday are 10:00am
to 4:30pm. Call for further information and assistance (510) 832-5346.

The Patient
ID Center (PIDC) is located near Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los
Angeles, California. Our address is 470 S. San Vicente Blvd., Los
Angeles, CA 90048-4107. The cross Street we are located on is
Drexel, entrance is also on this side street Drexel.
There is metered street parking around our offices or additional parking in
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center parking garage, entrance on Colgate one
block down from our office. Prices for parking are posted inside
garage.
