(D-Mass) re-introduced legislation to provide for the medical use of
medical cannabis. Of greatest importance, the bill would reschedule
cannabis so that it can be prescribed by a doctor.
Please write to your representative in congress for help in advancing
the current Medical
Marijuana Bill (lately HR 2087).

rejects Rohrabacher-Hinchey
amendment to stop federal war on medical marijuana, but California
delegation votes 35-19 in favor.

continue to be imprisoned for using their medicine responsibly, safely,
and with the medical recommendation of their doctor.
Mention the
fact that every
state that had medical cannabis initiatives on their ballot (five
states) voted with a majority in favor of medical cannabis. The sixth
state's vote was censored.
Ask for
rescheduling cannabis from schedule I to schedule III. · If
you are registered to vote, mention it.

Let us protect our safety, and restore our liberty, by insisting that
public officials, including our friends, take action to proactively and
affirmatively implement Health and Safety Code 11362.5 to protect
patient's rights.
